We executed a complete mechanical overhaul and component restoration of a Flender H2WV 12 gearbox, a parallel shaft unit serving the power generation industry. While this unit has a rated power of 200 kW, its role in energy production demands absolute precision and long-term durability to withstand continuous operational cycles.

Following a phase of detailed diagnostic measurements, Wikov specialists performed a deep technical intervention. The scope of work involved the complete replacement of all internal gear components and shafts, effectively returning the transmission geometry to original factory specifications. Additionally, all bearings and sealing elements were replaced with high-quality new parts to eliminate the risk of oil leaks or friction-related failures. By performing this total asset rejuvenation, Wikov provided the operator with a "like-new" gearbox, ensuring a smooth mechanical start-up and significantly extending the service life of the power generation equipment.
