We performed a specialized uptower diagnostic intervention on a Winergy PEAB 4435.4 gearbox, a critical drive component for Vestas V100 wind turbines. Our field service team focused on high-precision boroscopy inspections to evaluate the health of internal gear stages and bearing surfaces without the need for costly gearbox removal.

By conducting these inspections in-situ (directly in the nacelle), we provided the operator with a detailed forensic overview of the unit's condition. Our engineers meticulously analyzed the tooth contact patterns and the integrity of the high-speed stage, identifying potential wear markers before they could escalate into catastrophic failures.
