We delivered a comprehensive industrial refurbishment of the Bosch-Rexroth GPV 442 gearbox, a cornerstone of the Gamesa G82 2.0 MW turbine fleet. Each unit undergoes a meticulous restoration process. We perform a full bearing exchange using premium black oxide coated bearings to maximize resistance against moisture and White Etching Cracks (WEC). All gears are forensicly inspected and either precision-reworked or replaced to ensure a perfect contact pattern. This particular service scope was enhanced with the installation of a new off-line filtration system alongside a new lubrication block and electrical oil pump, significantly improving oil cleanliness and extending the life of the internals. After rigorous full-load testing and professional painting, the gearbox is supplied ready for immediate nacelle installation, backed by a complete suite of technical reports.
