We conducted a comprehensive on-site diagnostic and condition inspection of a GUIBE GP3-900-D750 HE1 high-speed gearbox. Designed for power generation, this parallel shaft unit handles a significant rated power of 3,032 kW with an input speed of 4,548 RPM, making precision monitoring essential for operational safety.
Our service team performed a detailed vibration and noise level analysis to assess the internal health of the gear train and bearings. Based on the precise measurement data and frequency spectra, our engineers confirmed that the gearbox remains in optimal operational condition. The analysis showed no signatures typical of gear tooth wear or bearing degradation.
