In-depth operational diagnostics and process data analysis for a 33 MW power generation unit.
Ensuring the reliability of high-performance turbomachinery requires precise diagnostic capabilities. We were tasked with the analysis of a Flender-Graffenstaden TX71/3C gearbox, a critical component in a power generation drive train with a rated power of 33,201 kW.
Our expert team performed a comprehensive on-site inspection, which included capturing and measuring critical process data during operation. This dynamic assessment allowed us to evaluate the internal behavior of the parallel shaft unit under actual load conditions. Following a rigorous analysis of the gathered data, the gearbox was diagnosed and affirmed as in working order, giving the client full confidence in the continued safety and efficiency of their power plant.
