We conducted a specialized on-site diagnostic and technical analysis of a high-capacity Dorstener Heavy-Duty Agro Drive. This massive parallel shaft gearbox, boasting a rated power of 10,325 kW, is a critical component in the agricultural processing industry, operating with an extreme reduction ratio of 954.754:1.

Our expert inspection identified significant pitting damage on the gear teeth, which threatened the unit's operational continuity. Beyond mere repair, Wikov provided a comprehensive reliability upgrade. We recommended the replacement of all affected gearing combined with a strategic modernization of the lubrication system.
