Cooperation with schools

It is especially the active approach to searching and support of the new talents among students at high schools and universities, which enables us to increase the chance for future prosperity of the company Wikov. We offer the perspective students participation in special projects, trainings and practice; and create conditions suitable for research part of their term and diploma paper. The cooperation with schools does not only include the technical universities. For the high schools, we prepare regular excursions of the production plants connected with lectures on the subject, chosen by the school, regarding the whole process of production of gear wheels and gear units.
